Lamplighter Summer Cottage Rustic private home on Lake Champlain with sunset views. 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room, lake access, dock, shale beach, fenced-in yard.

Well-behaved pets are allowed! $250/nt. $75 cleaning fee and 3 night min. PM for availability. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our little piece of heaven! Amenities: Beachfront, dock, beach chairs & noodles, kayaks and paddle board, gas grill, fenced in yard, microwave, drip coffee pot and filters, dryer, linens & towels, hangers, hair dryer, fans, free parking and WiFi. Rates: $250/nig

ht; $75 cleaning fee - 3 night minimum stay. Well behaved pets are welcome, small fee of $50. No cigarette smoking inside allowed. The yard and waterfront are shared by us, but you will have your privacy. There are 57 steps down to the lake to a shale beach, so water shoes are recommended. We pull the water from the lake, so do not drink it. Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am.
