The mating pair of Sandhill Cranes that rerun year after year welcomed us with a display of beauty and a big hello! Hopefully soon, their baby "colts" will make an appearance as well.
Sandhill Charters was birthed right here in the back yard. After both the matriarch and patriarch of the family, Robert and Bonnie Motsinger passed away, a boat business would soon be formed. But what do you name the business? What guiding principles does the company stand for?
These birds emulate the relationship of Robert and Bonnie in a lot of ways along with the family dynamic I am proud to have married into. These prehistoric birds have an exceptional bond, mating for life until one or the other passes away. They protect each other and their family and demonstrate such an amazing dedication to the family unit.
It's those attributes that in honor Robert and Bonnie that the company would become named Sandhill Charters with the vessel named Bonnie Lee in her honor.
