GROUP POLICIES
The policy of Cruise Brothers is for all agents to utilize and notify their team lead anytime a new group is opened. Absolutely no groups should be opened without your team leaders knowledge.
All reservations in any group MUST be paid in full, to gross, before final payment. This includes any reservation eligible for a tour conductor credit. To have a tour conductor credit applied, contact your team leader, who will notify Cruise Brothers group dept. in order to have the reservation total changed to reflect the value of the tour conductor credit. Failure to do this could result in a reservation being canceled.
The cruise line does NOT apply the tour conductor credit, they pay the TC to Cruise Brothers, who in turn applies the TC to the agents reservation.
The travel agent CANNOT apply a tour conductor credit without prior approval of their team lead and the Cruise Brothers group dept.
Tour Conductor Credits are only applicable in your private named, deposited, and reported groups. If you group and reservations are not reported in CBAT, NO tour conductor credit will be applied.
All reservations, in groups or otherwise, need to be reported in CBAT as soon as they are deposited. Any delay can and will cause a delay in the payout of commissions.
There are NO tour conductor credits given in TLN or Cruise Brother home groups, unless your team leader is notified at least 6 months before the cruise that you have at least 8 deposited cabins in these groups.
Please call me at 401-646-3010, if you have any questions about Cruise Brothers Group Policy.
