Couldn’t figure out why an outlet and the hood fan/light wasn’t working. Well, after some investigation and cutting the wall we found a covered up outlet. Lesson learned, mark the floors with paint and take lots of pictures throughout the remodel process.

Never a dull moment in the rental business. Quite often one repair leads to another and another. We had some sag in the the bathroom floor so we decided to open her up and get to the root of the problem. Ended up fixing a leak, replacing the floor Joists & replacing the old cast iron drain lines with schedule 40 PVC.
