UPDATE: Water is back on!!
We have a broken pipe on the main water line affecting the north side of Morrison Street and all of the culdesacs (Balsawood, Sage Brush, Buckwheat, Mojave, Sahara and Tumblweed.)
Our maintenance workers are on it now and will hopefully have water restored shortly. Thank you for your patience.

With Halloween fast approaching, we would like to remind you of Trick-or-treat guidelines at Desert View.
If you do not wish to participate and do not want trick-or-treaters, please turn off your porch light to indicate this. Parents, please ask your children to respect the wishes of those who do not want to be disturbed by not knocking on those doors.
Children should be off the streets no later than 10:00 pm.

EDIT - Basin Dispoal just called back and assured us they would be picking up garbage tomorrow - If they don't show up, see below...
GARBAGE UPDATE
Unfortunatley, I don't have one...
Although we were suppose to be on the schedule today, it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
If you are able to wait until next Tuesday for pick-up, great. If not, please place additional garbage bags that won't fit in your can to the street and we will have our staff pick them up Friday and Monday.

Due to a problem with the equipment, the paving on 68th Ave. will take longer than expected. Unfortunately the road will continue to be closed through Wednesday and expected to open Thursday morning.

TRASH SERVICE FOR 68TH & 69TH AVE. WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL THURSDAY THIS WEEK DUE TO THE PAVING PROJECT.
The rest of the Park will not be affected.

Empire Asphalt will be working on 68th Ave. and 69th Ave. all day today. Please use different routes to enter and exit the park as these streets will be closed.

If you are partaking in lightning fireworks, please do so responsibly and respectfully.
Fireworks MUST be done at your home site. Have a water source available close by. Do not light fireworks in any common areas or in the roadways of the park.
No fireworks after 12 midnight.

The July 4th holiday is an opportunity for each of us to show spirit and pride in our nation as well as socialize with friends, neighbors, and family. Many of our residents demonstrate their spirit through a show of fireworks.

Following are allowable dates and times:
-July 2nd & 3rd Between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
-July 4th Between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight
-December 31st Between 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. January 1st
