Kensington Market’s iconic Garden Car isn’t just a car – it’s a living, breathing art piece, community garden, and a symbol of this eclectic neighbourhood’s vibrant spirit! 🌿 Originally created by the local advocacy group Streets Are For People in 2007, the Garden Car has been sprouting life on Augusta Ave every summer since. The project, which began with a salvaged sedan, was designed to reclaim space for people and plants, not cars.✨
