Since purchasing their beach home several years ago, the owners of 13 Montauk have managed to make their already beautiful home, better!

The house sits on an oversized lot with plenty sun and shade. Living quarters consist of a large living room, eat in kitchen, bathroom with shower stall and two bedrooms. Hi Beachcomber Tenants! We’ve received multiple inquiries regarding summer 2023 and wanted to provide a quick update to those thinking ahead.

After closing the chapter on one rental season, we can then begin to look ahead to the next one. Our Landlord Contracts are annual. They end in September, which is when new ones are sent out.

We typically have these contracts signed and returned to our office by late fall/early winter. Once in hand, we are able to update rental information on our website and begin to accept new reservations for the upcoming rental season.

One of our favorite questions that our summer tenants and new-to-town clients ask is “where should we eat?”.
We love food ALMOST as much as we love the beach and real estate.

Last night we finally made it to The Cafe in downtown Westerly (adjacent to the newly renovated United Theater). We loved the eclectic, classy vibe and the menu, food and service were all excellent. Add it to your to do list!
