What my clients are saying...
🌺 After every trip, I ask clients for feedback to continually improve my services and a testimonial to share the highlights with my newsletter subscribers and around social media.
🌺 Earlier this month, I sent my guest Chrissy Pereira and her husband Jim to Hawaii to celebrate their anniversary and Jim’s birthday. When I reached out to ask about her trip, she was so happy with the results that she offered to come on live to tell you about her experience and why she’ll never take another trip without using a travel advisor.
🌺 I worked with Chrissy to find the perfect hotel, experiences (she and Jim both have a keen interest in WWII history, so we highlighted that hobby), dinner reservations (so important in the time of COVID), and tons of behind the scenes activity to make sure the trip was seamless and truly once in a lifetime!
🌺 If you want to know more about the itinerary I planned for Chrissy or Jim, or want to design your own trip of a lifetime, message me here or through www.StoriedAdventures.com

Oh hey there! Don't mind us celebrating ourselves today just a little bit. Today is National Entrepreneurs Day! Over 62% of travel agents are independent business owners, which means we're out there hustling like the best of the entrepreneurial world finding clients, planning trips, running payroll, paying taxes, marketing, and living that business-owner life. What about you? Are any of you entrepreneurs? From "side hustlers" to full-blown self-made millionaires - tell us about you and your business, so we can celebrate you, too!
On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918, an armistice / temporary cease-fire started, effectively ending "the war to end all wars".
There are currently 19 million U.S. Veterans, representing all genders, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, political beliefs, and economic backgrounds, many of whom did so completely voluntarily.
To all active military or veterans, thank you for your service. Also, a big thank you to the military families out there. We know service members don't serve alone, and your sacrifice is often overlooked.
Would you like to know how to honor those that have served on this Veteran's Day? I recommend this list of ideas -->

I'm ready! Are you?
Today is Diwali, the Festival of Lights observed by Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and some Buddhists. Diwali symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance." Amen! In addition to city celebrations of fireworks, light displays, and dancing, people will decorate their homes with lights and flowers. It is truly a beautiful sight to behold. To our friends celebrating this holiday we say, 'Wishing you a Diwali that brings happiness, prosperity, and joy to you and your family!"
Bring a small combo lock. You never know when you may need this, but it can be a savior! If you ever have to leave luggage unattended during your travels (think: train travel, tour stops, hotel front desks before check-in), luggage locks will dissuade looters from rifling through your luggage. Make sure it is TSA approved so you can fly through the United States with it.
According to some reports, consumers in the U.S. are projected to spend between $8 and $10 billion (with a B) on Halloween this year. It’s no wonder our love of all things scary creep into our vacation planning.

Plan to do a tour or get out right away to adjust to the time zone. This is helpful when arriving to a place like Europe from North America. Usually you arrive early in the morning and cannot check into your hotel room until mid-late afternoon. So rather than being miserable, book an overview tour of your destination, think - Hop-on-Hop-off Bus or a private panoramic tour. This will not only give you the lay of the land right away so you know where you want to explore in further depth in later days, but it will keep you awake just long enough to adjust to the new time zone.

When I was a kid, vacations were long, hot, sandy days at nearby beaches. The local beach was great, but it didn’t satisfy my adventurous spirit. So I traveled through my books and dreamed of seeing the world one day. Then came my first trip abroad. It was the 1990s, and I arrived in London with the ink still wet on my University diploma and a backpack on my back. I was immediately hooked.
That first adventure made me a better person, more curious and openminded, and inspired a lifelong love of travel and learning. Life is so much richer because of travel, and I want everyone to experience that joy.
Your vacation is special, and I’ll use my years of travel experience to create a bespoke journey that delights and inspires you. With care and understanding, I’ll plan a stress-free vacation, so you and your family and friends have the time of your lives while spending time together. A dream adventure full of fun, laughter and plenty of goosebump moments without any worry on the side.
I look forward to getting to know you and helping you create memories to last a lifetime.
