We may have to shut down flights for a period of time as the FAA considers its regulations on charity flights. We will keep you informed. This has been an on going battle for years and the FAA is finally going to make a more clear ruling on it , hopefully very soon. The FAA may require all flights of this nature be flown by someone who has a commercial rating on their pilot certificate. This requires more training and flight time. It is essentially a TAX on the general aviation community and has nothing to do with safety.
