If anyone interested, my Holland America BDM, Vanessa Janvier, has arranged for us to have a consumer ship tour of the Nieuw Statendam on Saturday 22FEB2025.

A minimum charge of $25 for two people (singles are $25 as well).

The guests will get a tour of the ship by Vanessa, lunch onboard, an incentive offer to prebook a future cruise and a certificate for a $50 onboard credit when they book their next Holland American cruise with me by 30APR2025 for a 2025 sailing.

Carlos, my dearest friend: I met you at Royal Caribbean Cruises back around 1990 I was in the training class ahead of you. I was just Coming Out and what a way to come out in the world of Travel and with a gigantic personality like yours. I was somewhat envious that someone could be so funny and confident that you inspired me to be more confident in myself.

I mean who wears a ballerina costume for Royal Caribbean's famous Halloween party, you do!! Then the iconic Pl***oy Bunny and I wish I had a picture!! You were never afraid to be You!!

I worked with you in Reservations training new hires for a bit with you and that time was so much Fun and a great learning experience in the start of my management career. Years later, after we both left RCI, you recommended me for the Expedia Cruise Manager position for the Sunrise location while you ran the Miami office and I'll never forget your support in helping me get that job!

I met Shakira through you before her she became a U.S. star (your families knew each other) and remember walking into her apartment with you, but she was in rollers and ran to her room when we came in. I still have her signed CD I got that day!

I Love You Always and Thank You for making me part of your family along with your sister Maria Rosenthal. You don't know how much you inspired me to be carefree and be myself and not care what anyone else thought of me!!

You will live in the hearts and memories of everyone who crossed your Supernova path!!

Heard some great things about this restaurant and yes very good food. However they don't split checks with a table for 14 and there was a receipt issue at the end of dinner, the waiter had a belligerent attitude and raises his voice not trying to help the issue. After over 20 minutes issue resolved but not sure I'll come back due to the service issue. Waiter Chad needs some customer service training!

Thank You again and Brenda from and all the volunteers that participate in this program to lay wreaths on veteran'stombstones. It was so joyous I started to cry along with Brenda. She also is s member of a group Daughters of the American Revolution that teaches our children about the privilege of living in this country and honoring our service men and women protecting our country!

I experienced a Kambo/Bufo ceremony for the first time. I'll try to put in words, but it will fail: I feel like I spoke to Mother Universe and released trauma that we all carry within and was embraced in a Love not known on this earthly plane. I cried, releasing what no longer serves me, and the tears are also of joy that the Universe carries a Love this bountiful and beautiful!
