41: packed in and groomed from Manistique to Shingleton and Boot Lake spur(410) with varying snow depth from south to North(bases as well) Bases are SOFT and THIN

413: Packed and groomed From JackPine Lodge trailhead junction/ 41 to the 7 junction same issues with Bases.

7: packed and groomed North to 411 junction with runs into Trail head and Camel Riders spur(s)

South of 413 junction to Big Spring Tavern.
South of Big Spring our neighbors Bay de Noc club packed and groomed From the south to the 2west junction.

BOTH 2 EAST AND 2WEST out of Manistique are NOT OPENED for Snowmobile traffic during Muzzel loading season and late bow AT THIS TIME.

Just a quick trail report:

Munising, Michigan snowmobile December 6, 2024 trail update☃️

We posted a report.
Trails are looking pretty good. Seeing nothing but smiles out there.
Yesterday was a busy day for us. SAW meeting, 419 Frog Hollow Work, Thawing the 6175 ice block... water holes = drag becomes a solid ice block, groomer barn roof leak, and so much more. We have folks out riding the trails and giving us good feedback. Please feel free to post in the comments any comments or concerns.

Brownstone Groomer Update - This groomer will be covering from AuTrain out to Marquette. We inherited this machine with the front blade ripped off and one of the front tracks destroyed. We have been working through the insurance claims process. We now have all of the needed parts and the work will begin this weekend. We pushed and tried all summer to get this done. We are not happy we were not able to get this done before snow but it has been outside of our control.

Tomorrow morning we will be out in Newberry for the MISORVA BOD meeting.
We are almost getting to the point where we can run regular scheduled runs. Traffic has been very light so far. We are expecting that to change this weekend and will be monitoring closely. Again, we welcome your feedback.

Schoolcraft County Motorized Trails Association is now grooming to the south of us😁⛄️

So, we got another3-4" at the groomer barn/ clubhouse. The Lake effect event this evening will push us over minimums and clearing/pack in will commence 05 Dec. Early.

This is fantastic news Midway General Store!Thanks for grooming the cut Alger County Sorva⛄️

Got about another 5” of snow last night on top of the one foot we got the other day. Alger Sorva did a test run through the cut through trail and was successful so we will hopefully have it groomed from time to time!

The lake effect snow machine ramps up during the holiday! Fluffy lake effect snow develops along the northwest wind belts Thanksgiving afternoon and continues well into the weekend. Accumulations through Friday morning could exceed 6" in some areas. Take caution as roads will be snowy and intensities could be moderate to heavy at times!
