The Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney Imagineering teams are hard at work with the incredible crew at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany to bring *Disney Destiny*, our heroes and villains-themed ship, to life!

We’re thrilled to share a sneak peek into the shipbuilding process and give you exclusive behind-the-scenes access to some of the magic coming to life aboard this new ship.
*Disney Destiny*'s maiden voyage will be on **November 20** from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 🌊🛳️

Today, we’re bringing you a **first look** at the ship’s progress— and we have big news! The final blocks (sections of the ship) were placed in late 2024, marking the official completion of the ship’s exterior. Now, we’re diving into the interior outfitting, where all the magic and storytelling will come to life! ✨🖼️

Check out this **timelapse construction footage** to see how the Disney Destiny has come together, and get an inside look at how it was built alongside the *Disney Treasure* in the shipyard. ⛴️🎬
