This was the perfect escape from Steve’s training at the National RV Training Academy!

A day spent at Magnolia Market in Waco with my favorite person. We started with cupcakes from Silobration Bakery (the lemon lavender and S’mores cupcakes are amazing!) before wandering through the beautiful shops, where every store seemed to spark inspiration for our forever home.

Lunch was a treat from the food trucks, we shared chicken bugogi from the Sandwich Shop (that doesn’t even sell sandwiches). We took a peaceful stroll through the gardens, snapped a few photos, and ended the day at Magnolia Press with iced lattes that hit the spot.

It was the kind of day that reminded me how important it is to slow down, enjoy the moment, and recharge with the people who matter most.

We’re back from one of the most incredible adventures of our lives, and our hearts are so full! Visiting the Galápagos was truly a humbling experience, it’s hard to put into words the awe of walking among creatures so untouched by time and human interference. The natural beauty and harmony of the islands reminded us of how vast and interconnected our world is.

Here are the rest of the photos from our last few days there, and we can’t wait to share videos too (as soon as we catch up with work)! This trip was unforgettable, and we hope these moments inspire you as much as they did us. Thank you for following along on this journey!

Day 4: Isabela Island - Tagus Cove and Vicente Roca Point had stunning volcanic landscapes with lava formations and huge sea cliffs, easily the most scenic spot so far! The first few pictures are marine turtle nests too!

Day 3 - Isabela Island was nothing short of extraordinary. We walked through volcanic landscapes, discovering hidden oases where flamingos (and so many other animals) hang out. The highlight of the day (and perhaps my life so far) was snorkeling alongside sea turtles and penguins, a surreal experience I’ll never forget!! To top it off, we took on the challenge of kayaking through the island’s waters…a test of endurance, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world!

Celebrating 30 Years of Love & Adventure: Day 1 in Quito and Mindo!

What better way to kick off our 30th-anniversary trip than exploring the breathtaking beauty of Ecuador? Today, we embarked on a Mindo Cloud Forest Private Day Tour through Viator, and it was nothing short of magical!

Our guide, Omar, was absolutely phenomenal, patiently answering ALL of my questions (and you know I had plenty)! He even surprised us with an unforgettable stop at The Middle of the Earth as a special bonus. Talk about going above and beyond!
