Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and its staff. This position will support the team by providing administrative support and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The Administrative Assistant works closely with all departments to ensure that deadlines are met, projects are completed, and internal communications are clear and timely.
• Essential Functions:
·Answer phone and greet visitors on arrival.
·Assist with filing, including filing cabinet organization, filing system, and filing software.
·Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information by maintaining all files in accordance with company guidelines for security purposes.
• Enter data into system.
• Drug Testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or executive level personnel.
*Must be organized and able to multi task.
Qualifications: ·High School Diploma or equivalent; (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
