A NOTE ON AFTERMARKET TICKETS ⚠️⚠️ Even after declaring all 2024 departures of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride in Whippany SOLD OUT, demand is still tremendous, so we are receiving many questions about purchasing tickets from third parties and if groups can sit together who have purchased scattered single seats.
Please read below:

1. Although names can be changed on tickets by the original ticket purchaser, we do not provide support for aftermarket ticket purchases. We recommend guests only purchase tickets from our website via our official ticket vendor Etix. We have documented several cases of scammers selling fraudulent tickets and have worked as best we can to ban these Facebook/Instagram accounts. Buyer beware.

2. Guests are required to sit in their assigned seats. If you book scattered single seats your group will be required to sit in those seats. We do not permit guests to rearrange other parties to consolidate scattered seats. Please do not book children in single seats separated from the rest of your party.

For those who were not able to secure tickets for this season, we recommend purchasing them as soon as they go on sale in 2025. We typically make an announcement during the summer and will post updates to our social media channels and website as soon as details are available. Keep in mind that weekend dates tend to sell out first, so consider attending on a weekday or after Christmas to find seats in the future. We are always exploring ways to expand capacity and appreciate your support of this local tradition! 🚆🎫
