We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in the Poconos! The property is perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved playing basketball and practicing our putting skills on the putting green. The house has so many great amenities, including a fantastic pool table, shuffleboard, and a cozy movie room where we spent our evenings relaxing.
The home is spacious and ideal for large groups, with plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Every part of the house was well-kept, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful and scenic surroundings. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great group retreat! Rich F 9/13 – 9/16/24

Review of Fat Rabbit River View

Three small grass roots organizations from Philadelphia took a total of 18 staff members, parents, and youth ages 2 to 24 to the Poconos to do team building activities and to explore. The cabin area is private and secluded. The cabin was spacious with plenty of sleep space. We enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool bath. We ordered wood for the fire pit and the s’mores were a huge hit. The youth sat by the camp fire and told scary stories. The cabin was close to the river. We took trail walks and visited the river. We went zip lining about 30 minutes away. The youth want to return to go white water rafting. The cabin has a pool table, puzzles, board games, corn-hole, and a foosball table. There were two decks with a swing, rocking chairs, and eating area. A representative from the cabin was in contact with us from the beginning to the end if we needed any assistance. Review of Robin Hood

Stayed at the Robin Hood cabin with a great group of friends for a summer weekend -- bringing together several friend groups before our wedding. The amount of beds and bedrooms were perfect for our group. We took advantage of the hot tub, grill, and kitchen to fully enjoy the weekend, and also went out to a nearby waterfall hike. Review of Valhalla River Haven

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were 16 guys for a bachelor party and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. Louise was a fantastic host providing extremely helpful directions and instructions. She consistently reached out to offer any assistance needed. We played golf two days at Jack Frost National (10 minutes from house). The house itself was extremely peaceful and we could not see or hear neighbors. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Pocono's. Mick D 7/11 – 7/14/24

Review of Waterfall Chalet

Stayed at Waterfall Chalet for my buddies bachelor party this summer. The house was very nice, the property was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the stream and large private property very much with bon-fires and grilling. The house had enough beds to easily accommodate our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. We stayed at Valhalla for a 28 person bachelor party and this place was easily the best place we could have found. The house is gorgeous and easily spacious enough for everyone let alone the sleeping arrangements were seamless. Beds were comfortable and communication with the owners was clear concise and helpful. Review of River Dance

I stayed with a group of guys at the River Dance cabin for a bachelor party, and we had a wonderful weekend! The cabin provided a great space for activities, and we were very comfortable. This was an ideal rental for our 27-person family reunion. We enjoyed every bit of the property including the canoes/kayaks, hot tub, game room space, kitchen, and proximity to local restaurants and parks. There was enough space to feel comfortable and be together. We were able to use the movie theater to play games and watch family videos. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and simple. I planned a 16-person bachelor party and Fat Rabbit ended up being the absolutely perfect spot for it. We had enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably, great outdoor space for hanging out and grilling, and all the other amenities we needed. Lance and Lisa were not only helpful and responsive about things around the house, they helped us plan some great bachelor party activities, like a day of whitewater rafting. The only thing to note is that we had to rent our own linens. They made it very easy and delivered/picked up directly from the cabin, plus got a discount, but make sure to factor that into your budget. Regardless of that, I’d highly recommend Fat Rabbit if you are planning a big group trip. There’s plenty of things to do in the Poconos and this cabin was a great home base for all of that! Review of Manor

Lisa & Lance -- thank you for notifying me about the new cabin which was being build when the cabin I was interested in reserving was not available. My family and I celebrated Christmas at the "Manor". It is a beautiful spacious log cabin. Conveniently located. We enjoyed the holiday together hanging out at the cabin, decorating the tree, playing games in the game room, soaking in the hot tub, watching movies and football in the theater room. It was definitely one of the nicest places that I have stayed. Owl Hole Farm has the most beautiful shaped trees that I have ever seen for an unbelievable price that I would not have found here at home. It made it hard to decide which tree to choose. We enjoyed tubing at Camelback. and had a delicious breakfast at White Haven Diner. Very reasonable prices for the amount of food that you receive. Can't wait to return. Tonya L 12/22 – 12/27/23

Can not say enough about how great an experience it was staying at Vahalla and dealing with Lance & Lisa. Very quick to respond and helped plan out an entire bachelor party weekend. Review of River Lodge

Our weekend was great! We rented the River Lodge to celebrate a bachelor party and the place was perfect for the group. We had a Quesadilla and Fajita Grill catered to us upon arrival, followed by a bourbon and cigar presentation.
The next morning we had a Bloody Mary and Mimosa breakfast catered to us with a custom omelette bar... which was great because we didn't have to lift a finger. The Caterers did everything.
That evening, we had a local Distillery come to the cabin and we had a private bartender for a little over 2 hours before we went out to the Casino and Club. The group and I were extremely happy with the cabin and the catering services we had. I would most definitely recommend renting one of the cabins, we are already looking into our next trip.
