The 2023 vacation season is right around the corner.

Our hard work is paying off and our "in season" rental weeks are fully booked.

We are proud of the work we were able to accomplish in less than a year. There are significant upgrades throughout the property. All new furniture, new ac unit, new hall bathroom, everything right down to the mailbox.

More than anything else, our goal is to be able to provide year over year improvements to the property and provide our guests with the best possible vacation experience.

A few shoulder season dates remain available, maybe one is right for your family.

We did manage to upgrade the kitchen faucet to the "Bold look of Kohler" w/ a new Sous Pro.

The off-season has been busy.

We have been working through a punch list of improvements in every room. Living room and dining room furniture, lighting and fans, even hinges and doorknobs have been replaced.

The hall bath renovation is complete and awaiting only the finishing touches.

Last week custom window treatments were installed with blackout window treatments in all of the bedrooms.

New exterior doors are being installed this week.

By March Mariner's Reach will be ready for the 2023 season.

The board is a fully restored 1968 Hobie "Corky Carroll" model.

At 75, Corky still lives a surfer's existence. On the beach, in Mexico with his wife Raquel and his pups. Surfs, paints, shapes a board here 'n there, enjoys good coffee and records original music when the spirit moves him.

I reached out to Corky Carroll a few months back and asked him to paint me something that would compliment the old Hobie and this is the result. Our own little "Corky Corner".
