After about 10 months of being in our new office I finally decided to take a lunch break with the windows open, while actually sitting down to reflect on this past year. It was just over 12 months ago when a traumatic bike accident, involving a tractor trailer that didn’t stop at a stop sign, resulted in multiple broken bones, peripheral vision damage, 60 stictches and countless visits to the doctor. Just two months after the accident I was packing boxes and moving our office into this space, all with a leg imobilizer and wrist brace. Simultaneously we brought on more staff members and, true to form, just kept working. I can honestly say, looking back, that we’re right where we are supposed to be.
