Great news for Carnival Cruise Line fans! 💙❤️ CCL just announced amazing new itineraries for SEVEN of its ships setting sail in 2026 and 2027 from FOUR of its U.S. homeports: 🌴Miami, 🍊Port Canaveral, 🤠 Galveston and 🍂 Baltimore.

👉 Among the many destinations featured in the new itineraries is Half Moon Cay, a private island set for expansion. The highly rated destination known for relaxing, beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters will be enhanced to include an expanded beach, dining and beverage experiences along with a pier that will allow some of its ships to dock, making way for Carnival’s Excel class ships Mardi Gras, Carnival Celebration and Carnival Jubilee to visit for the first time. 🤩 More details on the expansion plans will be announced soon. Also featured on many new sailings is Celebration Key, the first EXCLUSIVE destination Carnival is developing for its guests.

Carnival Splendor has departed Singapore following dry dock and we’re thrilled to reveal her stunning new livery!

She now proudly sports the red, white, and blue hull introduced by Carnival in 2021, along with a special Southern Cross design—a nod to our deep connection to Australia. The Southern Cross constellation has guided sailors to Australia for centuries, and now Carnival Splendor shares this symbolic artwork with her soon-to-be sister ships, Pacific Adventure and Pacific Encounter which will join the Carnival fleet in March 2025.

A new nighttime spectacular is coming to The Most Magical Place on Earth! 🏰

Picture this: you’re nestled on Main Street, U.S.A. with your loved ones getting ready to watch a nighttime parade come to life right before your eyes. 🤩 Maybe you’ve got a churro or a Mickey Ice Cream🍦 bar in hand, or are eyeing a nearby popcorn cart, who knows! But the lights dim, the music swells, and now you’re watching a brand-new nighttime spectacular at the Magic Kingdom Park.

You don’t have to imagine this for much longer, because in summer 2025, a brand-new parade will make its way to the Most Magical Place On Earth.

Broadway darlings — and former Disney Live Entertainment Cast Members! — Rachel Potter and Eden Espinosa graced the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event stage during Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase panel with this monumental announcement. “Disney Starlight” will continue the nighttime spectacular legacy started by the “Main Street Electrical Parade” using the latest technology to tell new stories about the characters you love. Walt is in the house! 😍 A Walt Disney animatronic is coming to Disneyland.

“Walt Disney – A Magical Life” will debut inside the Main Street Opera House, and after its initial run, the attraction will play in rotation with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” A fitting acknowledgement of Walt’s significant advances with Audio-Animatronics about 60 years ago when he first introduced the groundbreaking technology.

👉 The FIRST Coco ride will be coming to Disney California Adventure Park. The attraction will be filled with the characters — and music! 🎵 — you know and love from the beloved movie, as you join Miguel on a trip to the land of the dead. This marks the first-ever “Coco” ride in a Disney park!

Walt Disney Imagineering will draw inspiration for the attraction from beloved classics, like Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. “We’re bringing our skeletal cast of characters to life in a big way through the latest Audio-Animatronics technology,” Josh told the crowd. “These figures will appear in ways you’ll have to see to believe.”

Get ready to celebrate everything you know and love about the movie, and music, with work beginning on the attraction in 2026!

A new Cars themed area is headed to Frontierland inside Disney’s Magic Kingdom. ⚡️

👉 One attraction will invite you on a thrilling rally race through the mountains. Take on wild terrain as you race across the landscape climbing mountain trails, dodging geysers and — Mater’s favorite — splashing through mudholes.

But what about smaller racers? The second attraction will be geared towards them and will be fun for the whole family.

Get ready to start your engines! Work on this new space in Frontierland will begin in early 2025.

Traveled to Hershey, PA to see NKOTB. I have mixed emotions about the concert. We had Meet & Greet and sat in row 7, center stage. Great seats, well we thought anyway. But I have to say it was probably the worst NKOTB concert I’ve been to. Not because of NKOTB they were fabulous. I’m saying this because there was a 6ft + man with a squirming child in front of me. I saw VERY LITTLE! He did sit briefly. I’m so sad.

The Norwegian Jewel, with the capacity to accommodate over 2,300 guests, will homeport in Philadelphia starting in April 2026 through October.

The ships will make two dozen stops in the city during that time, and will offer seven-to-nine-day voyages to Bermuda.

I’m Blessed! I was able to spend the last 13 days in Walt Disney World. Yes, it is a vacation for me but I’m also there doing research and marketing. As a Travel Agent I must visit the places I sell. After 30+ years as an agent there are still lots to@learn. I had the privilege to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge over looking the Savannah. On July 24, Walt Disney World will introduce a newly named Disney Genie+ service...Lightning Lane Multi Pass, while individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass.

Disney Destinations will also be updating Lightning Lane passes to help guests:
💜 Make Lightning Lane plans before you’re here, for added confidence.
💜 Choose your experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting.
💜 Book Lightning Lane passes for multiple vacation days, all in a single day.

Here’s how Lightning Lane passes will work beginning July 24.

👉 Lightning Lane Multi Pass
When guests purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass, they may make up to 3 Lightning Lane selections in a theme park, in advance of your visit. They’ll also be able to choose available times as they make their selections. On the day of their visit, once they use a selection, they may check the My Disney Experience app for availability to make an additional selection.

👉 Lightning Lane Single Pass
Lightning Lane Single Pass will work much like it does today, where guests can secure a time to ride one of our most highly demanded attractions, but they’ll now be able to make their purchase and plan in advance.

👉 How to Plan Ahead
Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels (Shades of Green Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels) will be able to plan Lightning Lane passes up to 7 days in advance, for their entire stay (up to 14 days). All other guests can plan up to 3 days in advance. These advance purchase windows will let guests secure some of their must-do rides and experiences after they've had some time to decide what dining reservations they want to book and any other plans they may need to consider.

Guests may purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass or both. The app will also be updated to make it quicker and easier to purchase and plan, with fewer steps and a new option to purchase Lightning Lane Single Pass and Lightning Lane Multi Pass in one transaction.

Disneyland Resort will also adapt these new names. However the procedures for now will remain the same.
