Today the Town of Windham celebrated the opening of Mofongo Restaurant (1405 Main Street) with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! Trigo is now doing lunch on Fridays and Saturdays! 🍕

We've got BIG NEWS - we will now be open for lunch on Fridays + Saturdays! We will be open from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, serving food and drink all day long.

Our first lunch service will be this Friday, November 15th - come do lunch with us! 💛🍕🍋
