🏡 I hear “I don’t need a home inspection, it’s a brand new build” all the time.

Well, your… (deep breath and pause for dramatic effect)

🚨 Appliance not even plugged in all the way
🚨 Dishwasher not hooked up
🚨 Sink that doesn’t drain (not vented)
🚨 Loose toilets
🚨 Leaking plumbing fixtures
🚨 A/C that doesn’t even work
🚨 And leaking main water line

All say that you do! 😬

You’re paying too much money to just believe your builder is doing good work. Double check it by using your own independent inspector.

Lesson learned. Don’t lean the camera pole against the truck while getting ready because a gust of wind will come blow it over and shatter the mount. At least I keep this spare one in the tool bag for emergencies!

Out checking the progress on this beautiful barndominium today ☀️. Looks like I’ve got an inspection helper that likes to get paid in belly scratches. Everytime I’d stop to take a picture of something he’d lay at my feet and roll over for more. What a good boy! 🐶🐾

It is nearing that time of year again where you'll be shutting down the A/C for the season 🍁. This is the evaporator coil from inside an A/C unit we inspected. Even with a filter, small particles can make their way past and mold can even grow on these units. The air that comes out of your vents and your family ends of breathing in passes right through this 🤢. This is a simple procedure to clean them and is is done when you have your A/C units serviced.
