Today, my visit in Victoria, British Columbia is all about the outdoors (aka nature). I covered miles and miles of beautiful landscapes. But for those who really know me, I had to start my day with a delicious cappuccino! That provided all the energy I needed to explore this brilliant part of the world.
I took a ton of photos. Maybe I will make a quick reel for those who don’t have time to check them out, but for those of you who like old school pics, enjoy.

A visit to London is not complete without stopping by Buckingham Palace for a spot of tea with HRM King Charles and his court. For just under 40 British pounds, you can tour the state rooms at Buckingham Palace too. If you’re looking for an inexpensive alternative, I recommend walking along St. James Park. There’s plenty to see and do that won’t break the bank.

Visiting London? In every big city, there are plenty of free things to do and see. London is a Mecca for arts entertainment. Great food. Stunning museums. Diverse culture and people. Support the street performers. They could be the next big thing.

TRAVEL TIP — Do you have older British notes (Pounds/currency) laying around? If so, they may not be accepted any longer. And unfortunately, you cannot exchange them in US banks. No worries. If you are planning a trip to the UK 🇬🇧, bring them with you and carve out a bit of time to visit the Bank of England. You will need to get there early (I recommend arriving at the time they open). You’ll line up outside of the bank. Getting inside will take time as security is tighter than Fort Knox. Once entrance is granted, you may have to fill out some forms and present two forms of ID to the teller. The process will take a bit of time. Have patience. The good news is you will exit with usable British currency!
