For 30 years, they have enjoyed boating, fishing, shelling, kayaking, paddle boarding and just pulling up a chair in the sand at one of the many beaches in the area. During this time they raised four children, so they know what vacationing families need and want for a wonderful experience. Elisa has been a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain and knows the area from both water and land. She is also a Real Estate professional who has operated in the Cape Fear Region for many years, and works with investors and second-home buyers looking for waterfront and beach communities along the North Carolina Coast. Elisa knows the vacation rental market and what it takes to improve rental income while keeping guests happy. Location, amenities, super clean home, responsive property management and the right marketing, all makes for a happy home owner and vacation guest. Greg has worked many years in the hospitality and IT industries. This has provided the foundational knowledge on how to apply the latest technology with a personal touch that generates a great experience for the vacationer and peace of mind for owners. Pleasure Island and Bald Head Island were impacted by unprecedented amounts of rain causing flooding last week during Unnamed Storm 8. We, as well as, so many residents and neighbors have spent the last week in clean up mode and we're happy to report the islands are ready for YOU!
