Road to Bliss

My name is Cristin True Whiting and I am the founder of Road to Bliss wholeness center and Art by True in Winston Salem, NC. Throughout my life I have been drawn to explore what it is to be alive and the complex beauty of human relationships. I became a clinical psychologist to work with people in healing life patterns that block their experience of vitality, wholeness and connection. As an extens

ion of that same intention, I became a yoga teacher and pursued the study of and mentorship in shamanic healing. This lead to the study of systemic constellations which is a philosophy that blends family system theory with ancestral work. Personal healing through this modality made available my own latent creative expression, which in and of itself became a portal for healing. All of these traditions offer powerful complementary wisdom and practices that serve to deepen healing in a way that transcends brain and mind into soul and spirit level wholeness.
