🌮 San Angel Inn Restaurante 🌮

Mexico will always have my heart. It’s where I honeymooned, I’ve been several times. They have tacos AND margaritas!! 🍹

I’m so grateful for the Mexican Pavilion in the World Showcase at Epcot 🌐

1. It’s the only pavilion in the Showcase that is 100% AIR CONDITIONED.
2. They have one of the cutest rides starring everyone’s favorite duck, Senior Donaldo.
3. San Angel Inn Restaurante has some of the most amazing Mexican cuisine and margaritas.

I don’t know the secret to happiness….but I’ve never been sad at the Mexican Pavilion in Epcot 🥰

It’s no secret that Disney Spring’s is one of my favorite places on the planet, let alone on Disney property.

We eat dinner there pretty much every chance we get. There is no shortage of amazing restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, and Disney magic.

Last night we ate at Paddlefish for the first time! (a.k.a., the boat restaurant!) we started with the Ahi tuna poke, a dozen fresh oysters, adult beverages, and then finished our meal with a wedge salad with chicken, and the shrimp and grits.

Being from the south, I have certainly eaten my fair share of shrimp and grits in my time… These were, without a doubt, the best grits I have ever had in my entire life.

Paddlefish is now at the top of our list for Disney Springs date nights!

I will always recommend my clients carve out a night for Disney Springs on their trips. It is fun, food, and shopping for the whole family!

🏰 Miracles Happen 🏰

I’m still flying high from my first trip to Disneyland last week 🥰

Disneyland Resort is the ultimate destination for any Disney fan, but especially for us MEGA fans.

To stand were Mr. Walt Disney stood was nothing short of a religious experience. (Sorry, but it just was 😂)

I had no idea how easy the parks were to navigate as well! Did you know that to get from park to park you don’t have to get on a bus/monorail/ferry/or car?! You just simply walk! (About .06 miles!) Big difference from WDW here in Orlando.

Remember, different does not mean better or worse, just different 🥰

For our last meal of the trip, we wanted to save the best for last, Murano.

This French restaurant was unlike anything we had ever had before. The service was impeccable! (The sommelier remembered what wine we both like from 3 nights prior!!) The food was some of the best we have ever tasted.

Our meal of course, started with a cheese plate (it’s kind of our thing). Let’s just say, we left no cheese behind!

Then my husband had the Sea Scallop Wellington, and I loved my crispy pork belly. Our main courses were both prepared table side by our amazing waiter. My husband said it was the best lobster he had ever tasted, and I can say the same about my steak.

But dessert was delectable, and I ate every bite!

We left that night wishing Murano had a WDW location 😂

One thing my husband and I LOVE is a good Italian Steakhouse, and the Tuscan Grill onboard the Equinox did not disappoint.

We were seated at a table next to the window, so we got the most perfect view of the sunset that evening, which made our experience just that much better. We then proceeded to order our next favorite thing…a charcuterie board!

From there the meal progressed to delicious salads, and then the main event, the steaks!! Cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully!

I saved room for the best part though….my favorite dessert ever, Tiramisu.

I cannot recommend the Chef’s Table experience onboard the Celebriry Equinox enough! Not only did we eat some of the most amazing dishes we have ever tasted, but we dined with some of the loveliest people we had the pleasure of meeting while onboard!

The experience started with a Champagne welcome and two tasty bites. Then, the head chef onboard escorted us into the main galley where we got to see and experience the kitchen during a dinner service.

After our tour we were whisked into a private dining room inside of the ships French restaurant, Murano.

The menu for our meal was conceptualized by one of my favorite celebrity chefs, Daniel Boulud.

At the end of this most fantastic meal, you are presented with a photo of you and your dining companions, a signed menu, and a copy of Chef Boulud’s cook book.

This was a night we will never forget!

Le Petite Chef onboard the Celebrity Cruises ship Equinox is a unique virtual reality dinner where the worlds tiniest chef prepares your meal at your table! The lights are dimmed, and the table is transformed before your very eyes! The meal consists of four courses, and you may choose between two different menu offerings for each course (however, the tiny chef will only create the dishes from the main menu)

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was unlike anything we had ever experienced! This restaurant can be booked individually, or as part of a specialty dining package.

🍽️ Night 3 brought an extremely special night of fine dining at the Chef’s Table at the Murano Restaurant 🍽️

Most of you know that I grew up in the food industry, so I know a good meal when I eat it….

This was hands down the most incredible meal I have ever experienced.

Our night started off with a tour from the Head Executive Chef himself, Chef Nishant, of the ships main galley. Then we were escorted to the private dining room in the ships French restaurant, Murano, where 8 diners dined on the most delectable French food originally created by celebrity chef Daniel Boulud.

From the meal, to the service, to the company (we could not have lucked out with more amazing and interesting dining companions) the whole experience was 5 ⭐️’s.

I HIGHLY recommend booking the Chef’s Table experience on the Celebrity Equinox. (You also get to take home a photo taken of the table at the beginning of dinner, a signed menu, and a Chef Daniel Boulud cookbook!)
