Universal Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe (officially opening May 22) has SO many incredible worlds to immerse yourself in, that I am posting them in segments!

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk truly transports you into this mythical village, and the creativity behind this place is remarkable. Guests will not only be able to meet some of their favorite dragons, but you can soar along with them on two different rides, or you can set sail on a Viking Ship and complete water challenges!

In addition to these attractions, you’ll also find a live production show (The Untrainable Dragon), Viking Training Camp (interactive play zone for kids), and delicious themed cuisine!

💫🌟 EPIC UNIVERSE!!!!🌟💫

Yesterday, our agency owner spent the day previewing Epic Universe, which is Universal Orlando’s newest theme park that officially opens May 22!!

Guests were finally allowed to take pictures and videos in the park so our agency will be one of the first ones to get them!

Pictured below are a few pics inside the park and showcasing the ride queue of a Harry Potter ride. Yes, the ride queue. It’s so cool! I’ll let you read Jill’s words:

“I’ll start with a showcase of the most incredible ride queue I have ever seen. Harry Potter and The Battle at the Ministry is a visual masterpiece, and I will say even my pictures don’t do it justice in relation to how you feel experiencing it firsthand!”

Today, I drove to Tampa to do a ship tour on the Celebrity Constellation while it was in port. I was really excited to see this ship as it is a smaller Celebrity Ship and I loved it. (Ships sailing out of Tampa need to be smaller in order get under the bridge). This ship had its maiden voyage in 2002 but it had its last revitalization in April of 2024 and is in fantastic condition. There were 75 agents on the tour and we all thought this ship was beautiful!

She will soon be sailing over to the Mediterranean for the season but returning to Tampa in the Fall. If you prefer an elevated cruising experience on a smaller ship, I have a great ship for you! Plus, the Tampa Port is really easy to get in and out!

I feel like 2025 is flying by, so I thought I'd make an informative post about all of the deals and travel news since there is SO MUCH out there!

We had an amazing time celebrating my son’s 21st birthday at Epcot! 🎂🥳 Months ago, he asked if he could “Drink Around the World” on his birthday with us! My husband and I were thrilled to spend the day with him and took it as a compliment.

To top it off, we got to experience the beautiful International Flower and Garden Festival. I loved all the topiaries! In Japan, Jacob decided he was done so we headed home for presents and cake.

I have had numerous clients come to Epcot with their new 21 year old child and I think it’s a great way to celebrate this milestone while also making sure they stay safe. If you want to plan a Birthday Trip - please reach out!

Are food allergies a concern when choosing a place to eat and/or vacation?

I have always known Disney is fantastic when it comes to allergies and wanted to share our incredible experience with it this past week while eating at Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

My MIl has an unusual food allergy but can usually eat at Disney by choosing safe options. When I did our check- in, I clicked “other” as her allergy wasn’t listed. As soon as we arrived, our server alerted the chef and she came out to talk. Because of the specific allergy, she said “you are not going to the buffet. I will cook a separate meal for you.” And she did. This incredible chef prepared an amazing “Boma” meal that was completely safe for my MIL to eat. She went above and beyond what would be expected.

Disney can handle common food allergies but also has a website for guests to go to for questions and/or if they have severe allergies with multiple foods.

Spring Break 2025 -

We did a staycation at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. This campground is our favorite - they have tons of activities, movies and water activities. They even have a nightly sing - a - long with Chip ‘n Dale. We took a boat over to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to see the incredible Easter Eggs in the lobby.

If you are interested in camping while at Disney- I can make sure you know what to expect at the campground and also help with your tickets for the park. You will definitely want to plan a little bit of time to just enjoy the campground!

Sandals South Coast was a perfect place for our quick escape and I loved introducing JP to Sandals. (Within a day, he said “this is better than I ever expected” and quickly suggested we needed to book again)! This resort is located about 90 minutes from the Montego Bay airport and the resort offers free transportation!

Why do I love Sandals? It is a true all - inclusive vacation. From your transportation, drinks, gratuities, 5-Star Dining (that can handle dietary restrictions), entertainment, plunge pool, land sports such as tennis, basketball and pickleball (some resorts even offer golf) and water sports such as snorkel trips, waterskiing, windsurfing and more - all inclusive. You can even go scuba diving if you are PADI certified! (And if you are not, they do offer Discover Scuba Diving for a fee or PADI certifications. )

A few things I noticed:

📍Pickle ball is HUGE. If you play, grab a group and let’s book a trip! There were so many couples traveling and playing every day. This resort has brand new courts.

📍This resort is for everyone as long as they are an adult. 😉 I saw couples on their honeymoon (and even a destination wedding) to couples who have been enjoying retirement for a long time….and everyone in between. The rooms have one king bed but it’s very popular with friend getaways as well.

📍It is perfect for the person who wants to relax in the sun but also lots of opportunities to book excursions to enjoy all Jamaica has to offer.

Welcome to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica! 🇯🇲
