🇺🇸 Honoring Our Veterans this Veterans Day 🇺🇸

Today, we express our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment to preserving our freedoms are deeply valued and remembered.🫡

During WWII, the remarkable GMC DUKWs were more than just vehicles; they were lifelines, carrying troops and supplies across challenging terrain to support those in need. Their strength and resilience reflected the spirit of those who served.

Now, we are honored to use these historic “DUKWs” in a new way here in Wisconsin Dells—bringing families together to share in adventure and joy. Each ride connects us to our shared history and serves as a living tribute to our veterans.

This Veterans Day, we remember the past and celebrate those who continue to inspire us. Thank you to all who served. 🇺🇸

With heavy hearts we write to inform you of the passing of Sterling Walsh. Sterling was a dedicated pilot of our jet boats and ducks for many seasons, and he will be greatly missed.

Our heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to his family, especially his wife Katie and brother Dustin, who both worked with us for many years as well. We cherish the many wonderful memories we have of Sterling and will miss him dearly.

We invite you to share your own memories of Sterling, as we would love to hear them.

🌊 On this day in 1944, Allied forces launched the D-Day invasion, a pivotal moment in WWII. Among the heroes were the amphibious DUKWs, or "Ducks," vital for transporting troops and supplies across land and sea. 🪖

To the Brave Veterans of D-Day,

On this day, we remember your extraordinary courage and sacrifice. Your bravery on June 6, 1944, changed the course of history and secured the freedoms we cherish today.

We are forever grateful for your service and honor your legacy. Thank you for your immense contributions and for showing us the true meaning of heroism.
