It is important that all maintenance be performed by trained individuals. Accidents are unexpected events often brought on by improper planning. Proper planning can often avoid accidents. All tanks should be secured in a mounted vice prior to service. This is a very unfortunate accident.

This tragic accident will take a look at not only the operation and decisions made that day, but also the construction of the vessels that hinder the escape of the passengers. This boat design has been plagued with issues.. How they still operate is also in question.

This article answers a lot of questions and opens a lot more. What was an attorney for the defendant's Insurance company doing acting as a public safety diver especially on a case directly involving him....... and why was this entire operation so clandestime other than to confuse the scene and distrub evidence? This is distrubing in so many ways. If these allegations are to be proven true, I expect the outcome to be very intereseting. Those involved are (supposedly) professionals in forensics and know how this should have been treated. Will be following this one closely.
