Season Passes for kayak and canoe rentals are now available! Passholder benefits include free rentals, with delivery to all of our drop-off locations, as well as discounts on small equipment rentals and other items. There are no blackout dates, and the pass lasts the entire 2024 season - through to Columbus Day weekend.

Paddle the Border is starting now! Come find us at the Woodsville Community Field. Paddlers are getting in the water, and we’ve got plenty of boats available if you want to join.

One more shuttle bus will be leaving Bedell Bridge at 11am, so you can leave your vehicle at the end point, ride to the start, and paddle back.

Only four more days until Paddle the Border!

Ammonoosuc Outings will be at the launch location (Woodsville Community Field) on Sunday, May 19 with all our available boats. The event starts at 10:00am.

We won't have internet access to process card payments, so if you plan on renting a kayak on site, please bring cash! Otherwise, you can book your rental ahead of time by visiting our website!

Event organizers will be providing shuttle rides for paddlers! If you plan on renting one of our boats, simply drive to Bedell Bridge to start your day, and the shuttle will bring you back to the starting point. Shuttles will leave at 10am and 11am. We'll bring the boats back at the end of the day, so there's no need to worry about transporting any equipment you've rented from us.

Warmer weather is upon us, and soon we'll all be getting outside!

Do you dream about getting out on the water, but don't have a kayak? No problem! We make it easy. When you reserve a boat with us, you'll have the option of several beautiful lakes, ponds, and rivers to choose from, and we'll drop off the equipment there. All you have to do is show up and paddle!

Your rental is for the full day (9am to 4pm) and whenever you're done, simply lock up the boats on shore, and head home.

Don't forget, Paddle the Border is happening Sunday, May 19, 2024!

The spring paddle leaves from Woodsville and ends at Bedell Bridge State Park.

Ammonoosuc Outings will be offering $35 kayak rentals for the event - you can get your boat right at the riverside, and we'll pick it up at the bottom! (Shuttle rides for paddlers can be arranged as needed ;) ).

Hello to all our followers!

It's been a long (although not particularly cold) winter, but we're already seeing signs of spring, and we're ready to get back outside.

We're excited for the warmer weather, and have lots of plans to make the most of 2024.

Calling all Outdoors-folks!

We are moving along towards the launch of our business, and our website will be ready to accept online bookings in just a couple short weeks.

That said, we are looking for a reliable few individuals to join the Ammonoosuc Outings team as paddling tour guides!

Opportunities are available for per-diem and part time work.

These boats are ready to go in the water!

We've had a steady stream of new equipment arriving in the mail over the last couple weeks.

We hope to have a few of our services up and running by Memorial Day weekend - right now, we're hoping to have five adult kayaks, and three youth kayaks available for rent, along with some small items, like coolers and dry bags.

We can't wait for summer!

Hello everyone!

We are excited to see the word getting out about our new business. We are working diligently to get everything up and running.

The plan, as it stands, is for our official launch to happen in early June. We are waiting on some important documents from the State, but in the meantime, check back here and on our website, for more updates.
