🚘✨Away We Go Transportation✨🚘

Last week I traveled to the Walt Disney World resort and used Away We Go Transportation to get me to and from the airport. The pick ups were seamless, they provided booster seats, and took our luggage to our resort so we could go straight to the parks! Vans seat up to 11 people which makes this an affordable option for larger groups.

We walked off the plane at 9:16am and were in Epcot at 10am! It was fast, safe, and efficient. When it was time to head back to the airport, they were waiting for us at our resort. We were at the airport early, making security a breeze.

They have customizable services are perfect for all your transportation needs, and they provide clear pricing that includes gratuities.

🏇Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort 🏇

This relaxing and easy paced resort is inspired by 1880's Saratoga New York and is right across the lake from Disney Springs! Take a water taxi or a waterfront stroll over to the shopping, dining and entertainment at Disney Springs. If you have a golfer in the family this might also be the perfect resort for them. The Bike rentals, community center, arcade and epic water slides are reason enough for the entire family to fall in love with this charming resort. There is truly something for everyone.

A great option for a table service meal at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the Roundup Rodeo BBQ. This restaurant is an immersive, family style dining experience located in Toy Story Land. It has options for everyone, even your pickiest eaters!

Why is having a travel agent specializing in Disney Desinations important?

I see and talk to so many people who go to Disney World and don’t maximize their time and money.

Mistakes I commonly see:

🤦🏻‍♀️Spending time in standby lines at the wrong time of day because they read online that it was a popular ride or don’t know, based on trends, when lines go down.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Not rope dropping or use early entry properly.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Logging into the app to get a virtual que right at 7am.
🤦🏻‍♀️No planning-no dining reservations, don’t know park hours, bringing a wagon stroller, not knowing what to do if it rains, and so much more.
🤦🏻‍♀️Buying the wrong tickets or tickets that are way too expensive.
🤦🏻‍♀️Getting in a standby line that says 40 minutes instead of looking in the app and checking to see if a Lightning Lane is available.
🤦🏻‍♀️ Learn to use the Tip Board and modify, modify, modify
🤦🏻‍♀️ Waisting Dining Plan credits
🤦🏻‍♀️ Not checking special event schedules
🤦🏻‍♀️ Paying full price when there are promotions
🤦🏻‍♀️Not taking advantage of resort amenities
🤦🏻‍♀️only eating burgers, pizza, and hot dogs because they look like the cheapest option
🤦🏻‍♀️Not allowing enough time for transit or taking the wrong type of transit
🤦🏻‍♀️still thinking Magical Express exists
🤦🏻‍♀️ standing in a big line to order food when you can mobile order
🤦🏻‍♀️”my friend told me” or “I saw it on Facebook”. So many people get inaccurate or not up to date information.

2019 and 2024.

Did you know that Disney has partnered with Lyft to bring guests a safe, reliable private car option within the Disney World resort? Minnie Vans can help you get to a destination faster.

This is a great option for families with little kids because each Minnie Van comes with two car seats and a Disney Cast Member as your driver.

We used the Minnie Van service after taking a pool break at the resort. We had a reservation for dinner at 1900 Park Fare. Instead of leaving early to catch a bus and transfer to the monorail, we used a Minnie Van. We were at our reservation in 15 minutes.

A standard Minnie Van can seat 6 guests.

We had a GREAT day in Magic Kingdom! We did every single ride we wanted with the longest wait being 15 minutes and most being a walk on. We utilized the new Lightning Lane Multipass System. Although it comes at a small additional price, it gives you access to skip the standby lines! No more waiting for hours for your favorite ride 🎉

Plus, since we are staying at a Disney World resort, we received early entry into the park- 30 minutes early 🏰

Virtual ques are one way to get reserve your spot in line via the app for free. This is available for select rides and are on a first come, first serve basis. During peak times, boarding groups are gone within 5 seconds. When your boarding group is called, you head to the attraction for the ride with a little to no wait.
