We get asked about the history quite often. My winter project is to frame these pictures to tell the story. When this property was purchased by my husbands Grandfather in the 1950's, the cabin was truly an old pioneer cabin. But it was in bad shape so they tore it down BUT- the rebuilt todays cabin around the massive fireplace seen in this picture! Also- the door was saved and is still the front door today.
