Mrs. Reed's and Mrs. Eichmeier's 1st graders teamed up with their 3rd grade buddies from Mrs. Skaletski's and Ms. Heimerl's classes. Together they used candy pumpkins and toothpicks to see what kind of towers they could build and how high they could get them. They had a lot of fun building and enjoying their buddies! 🎃

Bryn Romenesko, a senior, has been selected as the Wrightstown Business Education Student of the 1st quarter. Bryn was selected because she is a kind individual who has taken a variety of Business Education classes over the years. She has completed or is currently enrolled in the following Business Education courses: Software Applications, Advanced Software Applications, Business Law I & II, Computerized Accounting, Advanced Computerized Accounting, Employability Skills, AP Microeconomics, and Personal Finance. 💻

Bryn was also selected for her contributions to Wrightstown’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) program. She is a 4-year member of the club and achieved Superior Active Membership the last 3 years. She was elected by her peers to serve as the Public Relations Officer for the past 3 years. She has participated in FBLA competitions and worked the Annual Senior Citizen/Grandparents Christmas Party all 3 years prior to this year.

Bryn is undecided about where she plans to attend college. She is currently leaning towards a marketing degree. The Wrightstown Business Education Department wishes the best to her in her bright future. 😎

Mrs. Podgorski’s 3rd graders had a little fun during writing today. They talked about consequences, both good and bad. Then they talked about how good sentences can have 7 or more words in them. The student picked as many M&Ms as they wanted and then found out that their consequence was to write a 7-Up sentence for each M&M they chose. The kids were shocked! Some had as few as 12 and some had as many as 80! The kids had so much fun as they wrote, snacked and drank some 7Up. 😋
