Meet Matt & Anita! This couple spent their honeymoon at the farm two years ago. They came back last summer for a family visit. This year they spent their second anniversary here, with some day trips to local amenities. Stonehedge Farm will forever be a place of making cherished memories to last a lifetime! The coolest connections happen at the farm. How fitting that this 4th of July holiday we had the extreme honor of hosting Kathryn & Bob, along with their two married children & four grandchildren. Bob is a Vietnam vet who is a Purple Heart recipient. When released from the military Bob became a police officer, along with being a Boy Scout leader. This man and this family have served our country and those around him for many years. So blessed you chose Stonehedge Farm for your family retreat. Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸💜

Wondering what a stay at Stonehedge Farm looks like? Well, thanks to Jen and her crew, wonder no longer. This group experienced property amenities such as bonfires, late night dancing at the pavilion, scenic view photo ops, a birthday celebration, pond shenanigans, a doe giving birth to a fawn, and a baby bird taking its first flight, to name a few. They also took advantage of what our local area has to offer-namely, a hike at Ricketts Glen State Park, and more than one stop to Deep Roots Hard Cider. 🤭 Thank you Jen and friends for enjoying the farm the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. Such a fun group. I sure hope they return!

April marks ONE YEAR! One full year of hosting the most amazing guests Stonehedge Farm could possibly entertain. We’ve had the absolute privilege of hosting events such as a honeymoon, college grad gathering, a wedding, retirement party, several couples celebrating their anniversary, a mom’s get away week-end, a baby shower, numerous summer & fall vacations (fall…when the leaves are showing off), holiday gatherings, and a multitude of families spread across the US (and even other countries), using the farm as a meeting point to re-connect. One year of helping people relax and refuel. How appropriate to mark this occasion by booking our third returning guest reservation!!

There are times I have the extreme privilege of becoming friends with guests. That holds true with Barb and Jeff, who came to the farm to celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary. During their stay, they visited a local lumberman in search of rustic shelving for a home renovation. After conversation with the lumberman, it turns out their shelving came from…would you believe…Stonehedge property!!! One of our barns, originally built in 1886, had just been taken down. This wonderful couple not only took home memories from time spent at the farm, but also a piece of local history, and our legacy. Barb and I called this a ‘God wink.’ Connections like this seem to happen often. I’m so blessed to be a part of life and experiences through Stonehedge Farm Escape Away.
Ps...The 1886 barn will live on as various lumber is being sent to Texas, Kentucky, & Maine.
