Jim Hammond’s passion for Aeroncas shines through in his latest restoration of this 1940 Aeronca TL, shown prominently in the image.

It’s followed by his first Aeronca TL, “Miss Sarah.” After an 18-year restoration, Jim took his newly restored Aeronca TL to the 2023 Aeronca Fly-In in Middletown, Ohio, where he was awarded Grand Champion.
