There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans and window AC’s on the main floor, and downstairs accommodations provide flexible sleeping arrangements with 2 twins, a futon,and a bunkbed with a full bed base. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans of all sizes from cake to lobster. Amenities include two full baths, washer and dryer, 2 large screen TV’s, deck with gas grill and woodstove in the Livingroom. WiFi is available year round, full basic cable TV is available from Apr 1st to Nov 1st, and an enclosed outdoor shower for after the beach. And speaking of the beach, you will find a beach umbrella, chairs, cart, and beach toys in the garage, beach towels are in the linen closet in the main bath. Most guests prefer bringing their own sheets for a faster getaway. Window AC’s will keep you comfortable during the warmest days. The living room is comfy and cozy and will invite you to put your feet up and relax.
