Conley Suites
BED AND BREAKFAST
SERVICES
Hours of Operation and Limitations. 10am to 10pm daily
Conley Suites will take reservations from 10am to 10pm daily. We request that you call for a reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival time. However, we will take last minute reservations if there is availability.
Breakfast is served between 7am and 11am for your convenience. If you have an early morning departure for work, or local event and would like Conley Suites to leave you a take out breakfast just let us know as early as possible and we will make every attempt to meet your needs.
Conley Suites is a small operation, with only 5 rooms. We ask our guests to respect the quiet time between 10pm and 10am. Entry and exit of the Bed and Breakfast is not subject to these hours, just ask to remember guests may be resting or sleeping between the quiet time of 10pm and 8am.
Smoking and pets are not permitted in the guests rooms. There is a smoking area out front, and on the patio for your convenience.
You may crate your small to medium dog in your vehicle and feel free to have them on a leash in and around the outside of the premises. There are many choices to walk your pet around the area. We just ask that you take your pet to the field next door for their bathroom needs and be respectful of other guests and neighbors.
Some of our guests have allergies to pets, and our rooms are not pet friendly. For that reason please respect our room restrictions as it relates to pets.
Our rooms are predominately designed for adults, but have had many children stay with us. Children are welcome as long as they are not disruptive to other guests and are under parent supervision at all times. We are grandparents ourselves, and an Aunt and Uncle as well, so welcome little ones. We just ask for reasonableness from you as parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles.
There are limitations to occupancies for each room. Our smallest room, The Fox Room can accommodate only 2 guests. On the other hand, the Icart Room is our medium sized room, so will accommodate 2 guests. The Parrish Room, our largest room will accommodate 2. The Betsy Pease Suite A and B will accomodate up to 4 guests.
If you have a large party it is best to talk with us about renting all three rooms, for your fun and enjoyment. We have many groups that have thoroughly enjoyed their stay taking this option. It allows for flexibility and utilization of the entire space just to accommodate your party and works well for special family experiences. The patio and hot tub area is also a great place to hang out as a group to have a wonderful time.
Breakfast
Conley Suites does not have a set menu for Breakfast. This allows flexibility for both our guests and the cooks, (often my husband and I). We usually serve our awesome egg, sausage or bacon, fruit in season, fresh cut and prepared breakfast potatoes, coffee or tea and juice the first day of your stay. If you prefer other selections or have special dietary needs just let us know upon arrival and we will do our best to meet your needs.
The remaining duration of your stay French toast, Waffles, or Pancakes are some of the other menu items we serve. We will talk to you upon arrival to ensure that our menu will compliment your wishes.
Breakfast is served promptly at the time you request. Just be downstairs at your desired time and enjoy your morning meal. We resist knocking on doors to avoid any disruption or confusion to other guests. So just show up and enjoy. If you stay more than one day and forget to select a breakfast time for the second day it will be served at the same time from the day before.
