Rates: Two night minimum, Holidays three nights

We require a $250 security deposit. To reserve a date we ask for the security deposit and half of the rental fee with signing of Rental Agreement. Balance of rental fee due 30 days before rental date. Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to rental date 100% refundable. Cancellations with less than 30 da

ys notice will result in security deposit and half of rental fee refunded. Amenities: cable TV, Internet, paper products for kitchen and bath, bathroom towels, 4 beach chairs, fire pit, gas grill
Renters are responsible for bringing sheets.
