6 games of Red Land AAU basketball.
5th/6th grade crew went 2-1 winning 2 different 2 point games in fun fashion.
Not to be out done the 7th/8th grade team won a fun 2 point game of their own after being down 4 late. Overall, a lot of fun, work, and growth.

High School Keystone Lions team went 2-1 on the day. Capped off with a back and forth nail biter in the finale. Great day of learning to deal with adversity and overcome challenges (some self inflicted, others opponent inflicted). Nothing like a day full of having fun, working hard, and getting better with a great group of young ladies.

Red Land Girls basketball 3 v 3 tournament was a success. The FUN, game experiences, and competition are a great reminder that basketball season is just about to begin. Thanks to the Keystone Lions and Brewster’s for being key sponsors and showing support for our school.

Also thanks to the RLGBB for all of their support today. A fun way to do some fundraising.

Good week for our Keystone Lions this week. Went 2-1 on Saturday with continued growth shown by all. Then after practice had some good felliwship and ice cream at Bill Mack’s.

We had a nice first tournament on Saturday at Exeter High School. We battled tough in all 3 games, learned a lot about our strengths and our weaknesses, and had some fun along the way. We showed some perseverance vs the New York team after starting out down 12-1 before coming all the way back on the scoreboard for a 30-28 victory. More importantly we had time to teach, build relationships, and instill confidence through life lessons that b-ball can help point out to us. Nice start to this spring season.

Nice start to the spring 2022 AAU season. Won a nice comeback 22-20 nail biter. Finished off the day with another competitive game vs a strong opponent, but came up just short. Everyone worked hard, had fun, and got better.

Our Spring 2021 tournament season wrapped up today at Kutztown University. Very proud of how our games grew through our hard work and effort. Happy to see the girls grow their friendships on and off the court with each other. Very fun season in so many ways!
