MARKET UPDATE 📈🧠 The short version: the market is STILL on fire, it's a seller's market driven by low inventory and low interest rates, and buyers need to act fast before their dream home is off market!

And if you want the nitty gritty details, we'll break that down for ya too!😉

🏡 The number of active listings has gone down OVER 50% since this time last year, meaning inventory is extremely low.
🏡 The number of properties sold has actually gone up from March 2020, as a result of the low inventory causing pressure to buy fast before it's gone!
🏡 The average sale price has gone up by 18%, which is great for sellers who want to get more their home! And not bad news for buyers either, because low interest rates are still allowing buyers to get more bang for their buck😉
🏡 The average days on market had decreased by over 30%, again as a result of low inventory and a fast moving market.
