Just sharing a review! Come book your stay at the Yuma Sunshine House.

“Our host Kiera was available right away when needed. Check in process was easy & simple.

We were delighted to find such a modern, very spacious and clean space right near where we wanted to be, ideal for a family of 4. We had 3 guests they too were impressed and slept comfortable during our stay.

Outdoor plaza and Starbucks about 10 minutes away from here.
No street noise, neighborhood was quiet.

Note: Host/Listing does mention there’s maintenance happening once weekly, which I missed. I was woken up by noise, reached out to Kiera who quickly rearranged scheduling with landscaper.

I would recommend this home to anyone! Will definitely stay here again!”
