As travel begins to resume, I thought it might make sense to look at some basic strategies to help us all recover. Be thoughtful & mindful of where you want to go, what you want to see and do. OR………pick a destination, research what there is to offer – little known facts about it, search out something unique and unusual – every place has something like that………then reach out to your travel advisor and see if they have ever traveled there and know of any hidden gems. Your travel advisor is an important piece of this equation as they have firsthand knowledge of what is happening in those destinations. Where it is safe to travel, what is required, what is closed. Your travel advisor also has some unique and interesting “best valued” places that have been brought to their attention by those companies that do not sell to the public.
