North Shore of Jost Van Dyke, BVI | Bubbly Pool after Irma
As the north shore of JVD pulses, millions of gallons of sea water is funneled into one of the BVIs most awesome natural wonders. The "Bubby Pool" is is proof that Nature can have a fun side too. Though the area has been affected severely by the hurricanes of 2017, and has lost much of the surrounding mangroves and sandy beach, this wonderous little pool still bubbles on. If you plan to visit this area, use extreme caution in heavy swell and avoid climbing on nearby rocks, especially if they are covered in sea spray. Although this area is generally safe to visit, do not go alone and always be mindful that loose rock formations and heavy sea spray can be unpredictable and dangerous. #JVD #BVI #naturalWonder
