SHOW TIME! ⛵️⛵️⛵️⛵️⛵️🚤⛵️⛵️
THE CREWED CHARTER INDUSTRY 102 ;-)
Now is the time for the Caribbean boat shows!
This is a busy time for the brokers, as we go from boat to boat to interview the crews and inspect the yachts. This is where we see the pros and cons of new designs, the use of indoor and outdoor space, the size of cabins, maintenance, smell, etc.
The quality of the boats is getting better and better, so a lot of things are up to design!
However - in my book - when I have established the quality is as it should be, it is all down to the crew. You might have 10 catamarans of the same design, so which one do you want? The one where the crew fits the needs of the clients, of course! So, give the broker all the right information when you contact him/her including your budget..
Are you a family of 3 or 4 generations or a group of friends in their 40's who want to hit all the party spots? Is it a group of serious divers or expert kite-boarders? Even though most crews are very diverse, there are always things we do better than others.
Nov. 8 - 11, about 60 crewed yachts will be gathered in St. Thomas, and about the same amount 12 - 15 Nov. in the BVI.
