1. Contact Ultimate Vacation BVI:
We will hold your hand and ensure your transition into the BVI is seamless and care free.

2. Check Passport and Visa Requirements:
Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date. Additionally, check the visa requirements for your nationality. Most visitors to the BVI do not need a visa for short stays, but it's crucial to verify this information in advance.

3. Secure Travel Insurance:
Protect your investment and your well-being by securing comprehensive travel insurance. Confirm that your policy covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any potential disruptions caused by unforeseen events. If you are sailing, familiarize yourself with sailing regulations, vessel clearance, up-to-date paper work, and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable time on the water; at Ultimate Vacation BVI, we offer Yacht Management and Vessel Agent services. Secure accommodations in advance, whether you opt for a resort, villa, or charter boat, ensuring a seamless start to your tropical escape.

5. Familiarize Yourself with Local Customs and Regulations:
Respect the local customs and regulations of the BVI. For example, it's customary to greet others with a friendly "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon." Keep yourself abreast of any regulations or prohibitions that are standard in the BVI.
