Captain Heather spent the morning with Kori and James on a private trip out to Hassel Island. After making the trek over from Coral Bay, St John, they explored the amazing sites of the Garrison House and Prince Frederick's Battery. They then made the hike up to Cowell's Battery and signal station.
They also spotted sea glass on shore and sea turtles in the harbor.

What an enjoyably calm morning this was! Captain Heather loved chatting with these guests visiting from New York on this Mimosa Morning trip.

We enjoyed a group excursion out to Hassel Island yesterday! Captain Heather hung out with a family from North Carolina and a solo traveling guest from Arizona. They loved seeing all the sea glass along the shoreline and the historical sites of Prince Frederick's Battery and the Garrison House. They hiked to the top of Hassel where they saw the historic Cowell's battery and signal station. From the Hassel Island dock they spotted Jellyfish and saw some sea turtles near the sea wall on waterfront. They also got an up-close look at the pirate ships in the harbor. I'd say it was a pretty adventurous 2.5 hours. Thanks for joining us!

We had a blast with these guys on this 90 minute City Lights Harbor Cruise! Complete with beautiful scenery, wine (alcohol and non-alcoholic options), and a meat and cheese tray.

We had a lovely time on this 90 minute Mimosa Morning excursion with this awesome family visiting from Pennsylvania! We saw some amazing sites including a big sea turtle, a cruise ship pulling in, Hassel Island, and a sea plane flew right next to us.

We hope to see you guys again!!

Hassel Island is full of history. Once a peninsula of Saint Thomas called Orkenhullet, this historic 135-acre property is maintained by the National Park Service and the St. Thomas Historical Trust. Though the NPS side is closed due to hurricane damage, we highly recommend a trip to the side maintained by the St Thomas Historical trust.
