Through the kitchen sliders, the pool deck welcomes guests with even more expansive views. Float in the salt water pool, watch the boats come and go from the harbor, grill up fresh caught fish, or simply enjoy the sunrise while sipping coffee from the deck. This Villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The first guest bedroom, with queen-sized bed, is located on the same-level as the kitchen, living, and dining room areas. This bedroom has the same sweeping views as from the pool, along with air conditioning, Smart TV, and a full bath with private outdoor shower. The master bedroom and second guest bedroom are situated on the lower level of the home and accessed via an interior stairway. The location of the Villa is the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. Less than three minute drive down the mountain leads you to the entrance of the North Shore (Route 20), where the vast majority of the beaches are located. Maho Bay, Francis Bay, the Annaberg Sugar Mill Ruins, and endless hiking trails and walking or running areas are all within five minutes. The town of Coral Bay, with various restaurants, a grocery store, mini mart, and shops is a short 10 minute drive east from the Villa. If you're feeling a night out on the town or Happy Hour drinks with a perfect sunset view, venture the less than 20 minutes into Cruz Bay via the North Shore.
