MOONRISE! Moonrises rival sunrises at Astral Villa for sure... all these pix are taken with my iPhone, no filters... The next full moon dates available are this October 17 - It will be a Super Hunter's Moon, which means it will be the closest full moon of the year to Earth. The moon will be visible for most of the night, rising around dusk and setting at dawn. Book your week!

Another reason Coral Bay needs to be protected and is so special! 🦈 🇻🇮

SHARK WEEK 🦈🦈🦈
Did you know that Coral Bay is a designated shark nursery for blacktip sharks and lemon sharks? Researchers came to the USVI from 2006-2011 to study juvenile sharks in both Coral Bay and Fish Bay and were able to designate both bays as important, juvenile shark habitat.

Nurseries like Coral Bay are incredibly important for the survival and protection efforts of these keystone species! Those same shark researchers hope to come back to continue their work. Read about their research here: https://coralbaycommunitycouncil.org/
