Mornings at Hawksnest. It’s a great place to get to early. There are pavilions and grills right off the long narrow beach. There is a big reef just off the center of the beach. There are some established Elkhorn corals, Mustard Hill corals, seafans, gorgonians and a wide variety of colorful fish including Parrotfish, Angelfish, wrasses, French Striped Grunts, Atlantic Blue Tangs and the occasional sea turtle 🐢. One of my favorite snorkel spots.

We tried the refinery last night! It was outstanding! Craft cocktails and delicious Caribbean food. Definitely try the shrimp fritters. Mains are shareable so one is enough for two people. And really nice staff!

We went the other night and had fresh tuna special from a 80lb tuna they got in. It was amazing!

When the clock strikes 5:30, the wine starts flowing! 🍷 Our wine menu at Extra Virgin Bistro is one of the most robust on the island, offering delicious wines by the glass and refined selections by the bottle.

Finally was able to do the Ram Head hike! Been on my list for quite a while. What an amazing experience! Thanks to our friend Sean and Barley for showing us the way! What a sense of accomplishment. If on island definitely plan to do one of the amazing hikes the National Park has to offer.

Finally made it to Coco Jim’s and couldn’t be more excited to go back! Wow wow Wow! Planters punch 🥊! Homemade Chili was amazing! And I don’t even eat chili 🌶️! Lobster roll delicious and smoked chicken was 😋 tasty. And Jim was the best part!
