Fish Friday. Besides humans, the USVI top of the food chain, the elegantly beautiful, poisonous and insatiable eater of reef fish. The Lion fish has no predators in the USVI. They can release up to 15,000 eggs every four days. Non native and extremely invasive, they are on the most wanted list. The upside is that they can be delicious depending on where they are caught.
