🥬Josephine's Greens 🥬 You will see them on menus and in the supermarket, but did you know you can visit the farm and buy your organic greens, herbs, and more - directly! For something different, head out to Coral Bay to see the gardens and pick up your favorites!

My favorites are the mint (great in cocktails), the arugula, which is so peppery and amazing on eggs or pizza, and the sunflower sprouts which make everything look and taste better!

They also have a great selection of house plants and pots if you're local.

This summer, a new restaurant arrived in Coral Bay. Featuring a great chef (no fried bar food here!) and friendly service, Sharky's By the Water is a great casual place to stop by for lunch or dinner. Try their famous mussels and enjoy the water views-- you may even see Rosie the goat wandering around looking for snacks!
